Happy Haus is a fun-filled fully renovated home with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, located in the desirable neighborhood of Wynwood and surrounded by all that Miami has to offer, from the finest beaches to the hottest nightclubs. The beach as well as the airport are just minutes away. Upon arrival at Happy Haus, you will find a large driveway where you are able to park up to 3 cars. Make yourself at home by enjoying our many amenities including creative artwork and design, a spacious backyard, barbecue grill and outdoor dining area. You can expect tasteful artwork, comfortable beds and linens, cribs and strollers available upon request, everything you need for a luxurious stay in paradise. Happy Haus has high-speed Wifi for your convenience. The home comes with an A/C system to cool you down from the hot Miami sun. The house has several A/C units, which we upkeep by changing the filters once a month and flushing out the system twice a month as part of our routine maintenance. Please understand that this is a rental and with the constant in and out, our A/C units work much harder than normal. We ask that you be mindful in closing all doors after coming in and out of the home. We will always ensure that the A/C is working prior to your arrival, but if an issue were to arise as a result of doors being left open, we will send someone over as soon as possible. In order to avoid such instances, please be mindful of the advice laid out. The Climate & Bugs Miami has one of the most incredible tropical climates which allows for that Summer feel all year round. However, be sure to layer on the sunscreen and keep hydrated as it can get quite hot and humid here in the sun, and be mindful of the occasional tropical rainstorms. We are lucky to have such an incredibly diverse ecosystem here in Miami, with a variety of different plants, lizards, bugs, and more. The villa is inspected often, and treated with pest control once a month to ensure a pest-free stay. Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner Here at Dream Villas we offer a full concierge service powered by Our Haus Management, and are able to hire an in-house, private chef for you. Kick back, relax, and enjoy your favorite cuisine. You can request traditional Miami cuisine to get the full experience, enjoy Surf and Turf, and so much more. Otherwise, Miami is home to a great array of unique cuisine and restaurants with incredible locations, all near your villa. Irresponsible Behavior Irresponsible behavior, including threatening or abusive conduct towards the host or neighbors of the house, will not be tolerated. The host will refuse to allow check-in to the house if there is any case and/or information that assumes the guest(s) have related to any irresponsible behavior. The host also has full authority to end guest stay in the house if there is any case and/or information that assumes the guest(s) have behaved irresponsibly. No refund will be given regarding the cancellation/canceled stay due to irresponsible behavior. The host will not have a further responsibility to the guest once the booking is canceled or the stay is ended.

March 2023 2.00Our trip first started off with us having to wait 1 hour outside with all of our luggage because the host gave us the wrong code & was unaware for a long time how to fix the problem. We get in, and one of the beds was not made. Someone left clothing on the couch in the living room. We were uneasy why the bed wasn’t made & why there were clothes left behind. The listing does not mention that all 4 of the bedrooms are not connected and you have to walk outdoors to get to the other bedrooms & enter a code everytime. One of the bedrooms is outside of the front of the house which I think is unsafe having to exit the front door & walk to the side of the house to enter a bedroom. The kitchen was minimally equipped with supplies. They could provide more with how much this place costs. The neighborhood isn’t the best. There is nothing around for things to do. But definitely be aware that the neighborhood isn’t the prettiest or safest feeling. The beds are not the comfiest. They squeak.

June 2023 2.00One of the guest house had a leak from the ceiling with it being 10 girls we couldn’t use it we reached out to them constantly all they kept doing was cleaning the water up I was there to celebrate my 40th so day one was a complete waste there was no wash cloths nor towels for us all n we had reservations in which resulted in cancellation my guest complaint the entire time which was a embarrassment the covers n sheets were dirty in some of the rooms we took pictures of every issue n was sent to a number provided there were also mold in a lot of closets we couldn’t hang our clothes up tried to cook breakfast the next morning n the stove n oven didn’t work we also found a few roaches in one of the houses as well the pool was filthy but someone came to clean it the next day door handle on one of the houses was loose cabinets were off track I think they should finish touching up this place before they rent out again we also were smacked in the hood we heard gun shots near the house
